We have a big day coming at Lone Star Taps & Caps in mid-June, and we can’t wait any longer to tell you all about it. On June 16, a biographical drama film featuring the revolutionary hip-hop artist Tupac Shakur will be released. The movie is titled All Eyez on Me, which just so happens to be the name of the delicious beer we crafted with Cobra Brewing Company.
While this may be a simple coincidence, we see it as an honor and an opportunity to recognize this legendary artist. To celebrate the movie and Tupac’s life, we’re inviting the public to visit our taproom and enjoy a glass of All Eyez on Me.
Bold and the Beautiful
We couldn’t be happier that Tupac’s documentary shares its name with our beer. Like the legend himself, the beer is bold and beautiful. Cobra Brewing Company has earned quite the reputation for specializing in crafting flavors that add a little kick to traditional tastes.
The brew is a Russian imperial stout that is hearty enough to keep you warm on a winter’s night, but why stop there? We decided to experiment and add in a little toasted coconut so it fits right in with a summertime BBQ as well. The result is a bold flavor that is perfect for every season.
Scores You Can Savor as You Sip
We are confident that you won’t turn your nose up to All Eyez On Me. The black body and light brown head of this beer have earned it an overall rating of 85 points.
As it rests in the glass waiting for you to take a taste, the light coconut and chocolate aroma will beckon until you simply can’t resist any longer. One sip is all it takes and you won’t be able to take your eyez off your glass until it’s empty. This delicious beer has a hearty ABV of 9.92% that puts it right in range of the best stouts on the market.

We invite you to stop by Lone Star Taps & Caps to sample this crafty collaboration with Cobra Brewing. You will find it alongside the many other Texas craft beers featured at both our Denton brewery and Fort Worth taproom. We have plenty of beers to choose from … and one new one in particular whose Slavic bite could make a cobra slither off to Compton to pay his respects.
